Refund Policy

Joyce Digitals sells digital products — digital art, gaming credits, templates, presets, and other downloadable creative assets. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, our refund policy is structured around content access rather than a generic returns window. Please review this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase if all of the following are true:
- You have not downloaded the digital file more than once, or, for gaming credits and redemption codes, you have not yet redeemed, activated, or revealed the code.
- The product was materially not as described on the product page, the file is corrupt, or the redemption code does not work.
- The order was duplicated due to a payment-gateway error and the same product was charged for twice.
Where a download has occurred but the file is genuinely defective, we will first attempt to redeliver a working file before offering a cash refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Gaming credits, gift cards, and redemption codes after they have been revealed, activated, or redeemed.
- Digital art, templates, presets, or other files that have been successfully downloaded more than once from the same account.
- Orders flagged as fraudulent or made in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Discounted, clearance, or promotional bundle items, unless the entire bundle is defective.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number, the product in question, and a brief description of the issue. Screenshots or short screen recordings of the problem help us resolve faster.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to issue a decision within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via TransactPay. Settlement typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Currency of Refund
Refunds are issued in the same currency in which you were originally charged — Nigerian Naira (NGN) or United States Dollars (USD). Refunds in NGN comply with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) settlement rules. We do not convert between currencies on refund, so you bear any exchange-rate movement that may have occurred between the original purchase and the refund date.
