Terms of Service

By accessing or using Joyce Digitals you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use Joyce Digitals only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Nigerian and international laws.
• You will not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any digital art, gaming credit, template, or other downloadable asset purchased from the store unless the product page expressly grants such rights.
• You will not attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of the platform, scrape product data at scale, or interfere with normal operation of the service.

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) by default and may be switched to United States Dollars (USD) at checkout using the currency selector. Conversions are calculated at a published rate that may differ from interbank rates. The currency you confirm at checkout is the currency in which the transaction is settled.

Payments are processed by our third-party gateway TransactPay. By submitting payment information you authorise the gateway to charge the full order amount, including any applicable taxes or processing fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable digital inventory — and to refund any amounts already collected.

All content on Joyce Digitals — including the storefront design, logos, product imagery, written copy, and the digital assets we sell — is owned by De-joyce Digital service or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the use described on its product page; no other rights are granted.

Because most of our offerings are digital and delivered instantly, refund eligibility is limited and is set out in our Refund Policy. Please review it before completing a purchase.

Joyce Digitals is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, De-joyce Digital service and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill) arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will, where reasonably possible, be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and De-joyce Digital service agree that the competent courts in Oyo State, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms.
