Delivery Policy

Joyce Digitals is a fully digital store. We do not ship physical goods, so this policy explains how your purchase is delivered, where to find it, and how to get help if anything goes wrong with access.
1. Instant Access
Once your payment is confirmed by TransactPay, your purchase is made available immediately. You will receive an order confirmation email with a download link or redemption code, and the same items appear in your Joyce Digitals account dashboard at dejoyce.digital/admin. In rare cases where a payment is held for manual review (typically for fraud screening), access is released within 24 hours of clearance.
2. Account Dashboard
Your dashboard is the canonical record of everything you have purchased. From it you can re-download files, view past invoices, and re-issue redemption codes if a one-time link expires. Downloads remain available for the lifetime of your account, subject to these Terms. We recommend backing up downloaded files locally; we are not responsible for files lost from your devices after delivery.
3. Technical Requirements
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari — latest two major versions) with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
- A stable internet connection capable of downloading files up to several hundred megabytes for high-resolution digital art and template bundles.
- Software appropriate to the asset type (e.g. Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Photo for layered files, Lightroom for presets, the relevant gaming platform for credit redemptions).
4. Access Duration
Digital files purchased from Joyce Digitals are licensed to you for personal use indefinitely under the licence terms shown on the product page. Gaming credits and redemption codes are valid until they are redeemed on the relevant platform; please redeem them promptly, as platform-side expiry rules are outside our control.
5. Issues With Delivery or Access
If you have not received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of payment, first check your spam folder. If it is still missing, or if a download link is broken, a code does not redeem, or your dashboard does not reflect a completed purchase:
- Email Sammyking0551@gmail.com with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp at 0802 255 7175.
- We will reissue access within 1 business day, or escalate to TransactPay if the payment did not settle on our side.
- If access cannot be restored, the order is eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
